The OAD 2024 Report consists of 192 A4 pages, with 141 images and graphs. It is structured in 8 Chapters (141 A4 pages) with the analysis of the data that emerged from the survey and in 8 Attachments (49 A4 pages). Chapter 8 contains the data provided and commented by the Italian Postal and Cyber Security Police.

OAD is the only independent and authoritative online survey on attacks and digital security measures on the information systems of private and public companies operating in Italy. It does not predefine a specific pool of respondents, the same over the years, but allows anyone interested and involved in the management of an information system of a company/body, full and free access to the online questionnaire, in a completely anonymous manner. Given the number of responses collected and their distribution among companies and public bodies of various sizes and belonging to different product sectors, the OAD survey manages to photograph the phenomenon of intentional digital attacks in Italy and the security measures in place, involving in the survey even small and very small entities, which constitute the vast majority in Italy.
